ON-SITE COATING 

We specialise in spraying non porous materials, like plastics, composites and metals on residential homes and commercial buildings. 

We offer a fast turn around on our services, completing most projects in a day or two, causing as little disruption to your life, and home or business as possible. 

The paint is extremely durable when applied correctly, and it's UV resistent. You can choose from matte, satin and gloss finishes.

Our product can be mixed in any colour from the RAL colour chart, so you're guaranteed to find a colour that suits. 

We follow a strict process on-site to guarantee the longevity of the paint and the quality of the finish,as well as the protection to your property. 

 ⁃ First we deep clean all the surfaces that will be sprayed. 

 ⁃ Followed by masking off the areas around these surfaces so they're protected from any overspray. 

 ⁃ Then we wipe the surfaces with a tac rag, chemical clean and degrease them right before we apply the paint.  

 ⁃ We apply a fine dust coat of paint, to check there are no reactions before we apply a full coat.

 ⁃ Then we apply two full coats, leaving time between each coat for it to flash off.

 ⁃ Finally we re-seal any edges with colour-matched silicone.
